The official list below outlines reserved time periods - not confirmed exams. Check with your instructor if your course will be taking its final exam during this time.

Locations


The Exam Schedule lists locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. Check out the individual exam pages for additional guidelines, conditions and guidelines and exam material. Faculty can find their exam times by using the "View My Teaching Schedule" task on the Faculty Dashboard in Workday. Registration

The certificate certifies the achievement of language level A1. This level is the first stage of the six-level scale of competence outlined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The test is free. Students must bring a valid government issued ID to the test. Those without a valid photo ID will be disqualified.

Fees

If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to obtain the Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (start German 1), you must pay the examination fee. This is in addition to the course fees.

Practice assessments give you an overview of the format and wording, as well as the level of questions on the test. They allow you to assess your knowledge level, find gaps in your knowledge and increase your chances of passing the test.
